Denny’s is modeled after the classic American all-day diner, where breakfast is available all the time and burgers and fries are always on the menu. Recent additions have made this familiar chain all the more welcoming for vegans with the caveat of quality over quantity: While there’s not a lot for vegans to choose from with the actual number of dishes, the plant-based plates coming out of the kitchen are piled high and filling, especially when extra sides and toppings are factored in.
