As part of their More Than Just Parks project, Will and Jim Pattiz spent two years filming in the majestic Colorado mountains.
Some filmmakers do easy things; filmmaking brothers Will and Jim Pattiz decided to go another route. Namely, their More Than Just Parks project. The ambitious brothers are traveling across the nation making gorgeous films at all of the county’s national parks in an effort to “share the wonders of our national parks with as many people as we can, thereby ensuring their continued protection and enjoyment for generations to come.”
For Rocky Mountain – the short film below – the duo spent two years filming in the majestic mountains of Colorado. Nestled in the heart of Colorado's Front Range, Rocky Mountain National Park is comprised of more than 400 square miles of stunning rugged mountain beauty. Thanks to the hardworking efforts of the Brothers Pattiz, the rest of us get the easy way out ... a view of the mountains from the comfort of home.
