Tom Szaky is the founder and CEO of TerraCycle, a company focused on recycling the non-recyclable, and Loop, a shopping system delivering products in reusable packaging. Szaky and TerraCycle have won more than 200 awards for entrepreneurship and innovation, including one from the United Nations for work integrating beach and ocean plastic into new products. Szaky regularly acts as a guest contributor in the sustainable business sector, with published pieces in TreeHugger, mindbodygreen, Entrepreneur Magazine and the World Economic Forum. In 2006, Szaky was named the "#1 CEO Under Thirty" by Inc. magazine in its July 2006 issue for his work on TerraCycle.
