Sorry, Out of Gas Website

It's a companion website to the 1973: Sorry, Out of Gas show at the CCA in Montreal that we covered earlier; it shows the approaches architects and designers used to deal with sun, earth and wind to live without fossil fuels. It is a true time warp for anyone who went to architecture school in the seventies.

It is beautifully put together and when you click to move to the next slide, it rotates in as if you were watching it on a Viewmaster. Informative and clever at ::Sorryoutofgas via ::Tropolism, who note "With this exhibition, CCA has taken the world of architecture to Green 2.0: seeing energy crises and environmental concerns in a cultural and recent-historical context, as a way to shape the dialogue and practices of the present day."
