Since spring has sprung we've been dressing accordingly, in rain boots (FYI, we're writing from NYC). Now that the forecast is looking up, we're ready to rock spring 2010's trend: clogs--albeit a bit sexier and more sustainable than those shown on Louis Vuitton and Chanel's runway. Enter Swedish Hasbeens Braided Sky Highs; the on trend clogs are chunky-heeled and ethically made to order from sustainably harvested wood and vegetable-tanned, natural-grained leather. My pick, below.

Braided Sky Highs in Natural, the nude color is a subtle approach to the trend and is more flattering: nude blends with my skin tone and has the effect of elongating the leg (note: if you have a darker skin tone opt for Dark Blue or Wine Red). These kicks will set you back $239 (approx $187 + $52 shipping), worth it? Tell us in the comments section, below.

Sweedish Hasbeens will be on view at Eco Chic - Towards Sustainable Swedish Fashion ; the free exhibit opens May 5, at Scandinavia House in New York City.
