It has four different entrances and some secret hallways, all of which lead into a main gathering space. The whole building is made out of ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene)--a fluorine-based plastic. It's very bright and colourful; transparent in some parts and opaque in others. The plastic is stretched over steel ribs which form the structure of the building.

The architects said that the building was an experiment to test out the material and see the different shadows and colours and shapes. The bright sun shines in in different ways, depending on the colours.
