A reader in South Florida says, " Our backyard has very little topsoil over limestone, so we decided container gardening was the way to go. We planted beets, onions, cabbage, broccoli, sugarsnap peas, green beans, tomatos, strawberries, carrots, lettuce, eggplant, sweet bell peppers and a variety of hot peppers."
