Quality: Copenhagen Street Food welcomes stalls that values food of quality. We see quality as freshly prepared food, whole grains, fresh vegetables and the absence of unnecessary additives.
Appearance: Copenhagen Street Food welcomes stalls with an authentic expression and design, which allows guests to witness the food being prepared.
Originality: Copenhagen Street Food welcomes stalls with a menu that differs and stands out from the other stalls that surround it.
