Ravine Guest House by Shim Sutcliffe

Every year the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) and the Canada Council choose the Governor General's Medals for the best architecture in the country. Some are quite green and of interest to TreeHuggers, which we present here; others are just jaw-dropping gorgeous, like this by Shim Sutcliffe, which isn't even a main home but is a guest house!

We present the greenest of the bunch.
