Photographer Don Quintana writes:
Early morning fog at the Merced National Wildlife Refuge [in California] can make or break a morning shoot. This particular morning the place was on fire, not literally but the color was amazing. I won’t forget this for quite some time. As the fog rolled in and out of the refuge the sun fought its way through. The sounds of geese and crane and other migratory birds enhanced the experience. Gotta love this place!
How could anyone not love this place? Like, head over heels. Swoon!
