Photo: Dark-winged butterfly basks in the sun

The reader who submitted this photo didn’t identify the beautiful insect, but it looks to me like a Pipevine Swallowtail (Battus philenor), which also goes by the common name Blue Swallowtail. Does anyone else want to confirm?
