Leopards

This leopard doesn't look nearly as intimidating while he's sleeping as he would when awake: Leopards are the strongest members of the big cat family, and can bring down animals -- like deer and antelope -- that are as bigger than they are.

The spots, which develop as cubs mature, take on a square shape on leopards from southern regions and are more circular on leopards from East Africa.
