Spring has finally arrived! Rather than holing up in a smelly gym, why not move your workout outside to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine? These CrossFit exercises and workouts are suitable for all stages of ability. Some require basic equipment.
What to do:
10 x 100-meter sprints, with 90 seconds rest in between each.
It looks easy, but I promise you, it will teach you the meaning of lactate threshold training!
Alternative: 10 intervals of sled pushes (if you have access to one), your choice of distance, with 2 minutes rest in between.
