A big nothing– No greenhouse gases, no toxic materials, no utility bills, no waste.

Sitting next to the highway in the parking lot of the big EDIT exhibition in Toronto is the inauspicious Zero House, a little house with some very big ambitions: to generate zero greenhouse gases, have zero utility bills, generate zero construction waste, have zero toxic materials and, surprisingly, have zero cost premium over conventional construction.
