Inhotim is a bit of paradise, set in a former mining site in Brazil. The brain child, and passion of a Brazilian mining magnate, Bernardo Paz, it is a combination of a botanical park and art installations.

Inhotim is a dialogue between art and nature.

The setting is an extensive and original botanical collection of rare tropical species covering 240 acres.

The art collection consists of the works of 100 artists from 30 different nationalities. Special pavilions have been built to house individual artist's work.
