Irene Wreaks Havoc

The massive extent of flooding damage in Vermont from Hurricane Irene is becoming even more clear. Many communities are still cut off from public utilities, water, food. Supplies are being airlifted in to some areas. WCAX took to the sky to gather this stark film footage.
