Reading keeps one’s mind active, which I consider just as important as keeping one’s body active. Think of it as daily exercise for your brain and make time for it each day. Ignore the dishes, turn off the TV, computer, or phone, and forget about that last load of laundry. Just sit down for one hour, half an hour, even ten minutes, and you’ll be surprised at how much headway you’ll make. The bottom line is, you have to think it's important in order for it to happen.
