One of the greenest cell phones rolled out during 2010 is Samsung's Restore.
Costing an affordable $50, it contains low levels of hazardous materials and is made of 84 percent recyclable materials -- good news when it comes time to upgrade. It also has a virtual users' manual, versus a paper one.
There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to green cell phones, but for what we saw in 2010, the Restore was one of the best on the market.
