Slattery is a Las Vegas-based writer who has spent the better part of the last two decades documenting the city. He writes about a variety of topics, everything from environmental issues and the outdoors to entertainment and politics. Ryan has covered award shows and celebrity red carpets for Us Weekly and his work has appeared in the Boston Globe, High Country News, Nevada Magazine, and the Washington Post, among others.  


Originally from Massachusetts, Slattery graduated from Northeastern University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism.
