Real mac and cheese You just can't beat homemade mac and cheese. The concept is really simple. Take a favorite pasta like elbow macaroni or shells, add cheese, milk and flour, and stir. The dish freezes really well so you can make a huge batch and put it in the freezer for meals that last a month or two. 17.
