Rebecca Clarke is a Research Associate in the Department of Geography and Environment at Western University. She has studied environment and sustainability for seven years and has a keen interest in understanding the causes of environmental impact all over the world.
Rebecca has professional experience in the environment and sustainability research sector. She currently coordinates a project that aims to gather and share information about the population health impacts of parks, protected areas, and recreational facilities in Canada.
Her love of research and writing led her to recently begin writing about issues related to the environment. Her work has appeared in Ontario Nature Magazine and the Environment Journal. She covers sustainability, environmental impact, and climate-related topics for Treehugger.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Governance from the University of Guelph and a Masters in Environment and Sustainability from Western University.
