The 33-year-old, who gained weight during her pregnancy, says the experience wasn't all she thought it would be. “I thought I’d feel like a goddess,” she told Cosmo. “They sell you on that sh*t, like you’ll never feel more feminine. Really, I just felt like a mess, but I kind of enjoyed that too. Hell, yeah, I gained 55 pounds. I think my baby may be part cheesecake.” To drop the pounds and regain the rock-hard abs she's known for, Pink embraced a (mostly) vegan diet and did cardio and yoga six days a week. "I like results,” she said. “I like feeling strong. It keeps my mental floor higher. Even if it’s a pain in the *ss and you hate working out, the endorphins help.” One of Pink’s former trainers, Gregory Joujon-Roche, revealed her diet routine, saying that anyone else looking for similar results should make sure that whatever they put in their mouths is green. “Her diet would be quinoa, fresh veggies, superfood shakes, super shots and wellness shots. We always incorporated things that are really healthy but also user-friendly. “Everything you put in your mouth should be green, except water. There are so many healthy green foods, like green salad, avocado, apples and juice. Do it once a month. You’ll feel really good for doing it and your body will love you for it. It’ll save your life.” Pink also told Style magazine that she keeps a personal garden handy to always have fresh vegetables available. "That’s where I get the arugula for my yummy salad, which I make with sautéed asparagus, halloumi cheese, and lemon juice and truffle oil," she said.
