Remarkably, the response of some politicians in Toronto to this problem is to get rid of the streetcars. Doug Ford, the mayor's brother, recently told reporters that "Nothing’s more frustrating for people driving downtown than to get stuck behind a streetcar." But who is stuck behind who?
