Olivia Valdes is the Associate Editorial Director for Treehugger, ThoughtCo, and Learn Religions. She has worked for Dotdash Meredith since 2017.
Olivia began writing for Dotdash Meredith as a freelance education writer in 2017, covering college admissions and study skills on ThoughtCo. The following year, she joined ThoughtCo’s editorial staff, managing a team of freelancers and overseeing all content initiatives on the site. She was also the editorial lead in the launch of Learn Religions, a religion reference site. Olivia joined the Treehugger team in January 2020.
Olivia graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in American Studies.
