A writer and editor for over two decades, Melanie Lasoff Levs has written for national outlets including The Washington Post and New York Daily News.


Lasoff Levs wrote about health and lifestyle for Mother Nature Network (now part of Treehugger) starting in 2011. She is currently the Associate Editor of the Atlanta Business Chronicle. 

As a freelance journalist, Lasoff Levs has written for outlets such as The Washington Post, New York Daily News, InStyle, Women’s Wear Daily, and the Arthritis Foundation. She previously served as a contributing editor for Arthritis Today (where she oversaw the health section), editor for Jewish South, and editor-in-chief for Atlanta Jewish Life Magazine. 



Lasoff Levs received a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from University of Maryland, College Park.
