Lambeth Hochwald is a New York-based lifestyle writer and editor. She is also an adjunct professor at NYU’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute.


Hochwald covered lifestyle and health topics for Mother Nature Network (now part of Treehugger). In her two decades of experience as a lifestyle reporter, Hochwald has contributed to outlets such as Better Homes and Gardens, USA Today, Rachael Ray Everyday, Entrepreneur, Everyday Health, and Real Simple. She serves as a contributing editor at Parade Magazine, where she focuses on profiles and news features. 

Hochwald is also an adjunct professor at NYU, where she has taught journalism courses since 2001.


Hochwald attended Northwestern University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Journalism.
