Kimi Harris is a food writer who is interested in the intersection of food, family, and frugality. She writes about a variety of topics related to food, health, and environmental sustainability.
Harris covered food and health issues for Mother Nature Network (now part of Treehugger) for four years. She has also written a personal blog called The Nourishing Gourmet since 2008, which focuses on healthy and economical recipes as well as environmentally friendly products, and contributes to Christianity Today.
