Kerin is an expert sustainable farming writer who has worked with food-related nonprofits and taught a high school Farm to Form program. In addition to writing, she works on developing her non-toxic, wildlife-friendly farm.


Kerin is the CEO of Produce with a Purpose, a farm-based organization that grows super-foods and practices restorative farming. She gives classes on eating more fresh produce to support wellness, as well as teaches via an online resource library about produce and wellness. Kerin also produces a column in her local newspapers, including the ValCom Newspaper, where she shares healthy recipes.


Kerin holds a Ph.D. in Native American Studies from the University of California, Davis.
