Jennifer Bove is an award-winning author and editor with a background in field biology.
Bove's work includes a series of non-fiction children's books about animals and three nature-inspired anthologies for adults. She received the Association of American Publishers Distinguished Achievement Award for Best Pre-K Fiction. She is also a contributor to Ranger Rick Jr® and the National Wildlife Foundation.
Her writing is inspired by her background in field biology. She has worked as a biological technician for the US Forest Service and the US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS).
Bove holds a bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
