Pepper-mint Hexons Lighting

hexons_small.JPGLighting isn’t usually something that allows for much creativity. There are some cool choices out there, but generally you pick it, you install it, you live with it. That’s why we like Hexons, which let you fiddle around until you’ve found the lamp shape you want. We’d prefer the translucent or opaque pieces in biopolymer plastic rather than acrylic, but they ship flat and for tool-less self-assembly and they can be endlessly reconfigured into fruit bowls or candleholders, so we won’t fault them too much. They’re a bit expensive, but worth it if you haven’t quite outgrown your Lego. £105-£270 ($200-$520). Shops (including in the U.S.) listed at ::Pepper-mint [by KK]hexons_large.jpg
