Make a Frittata With Your Leftovers

Sometimes I find myself with bits and pieces of ingredients left over from other recipes and I have to find a way to use them up so I don't end up throwing them away. Other than soup, one of my favourite ways to use up odds and ends is to make a frittata. Make A Leftover Pie

Dress up your leftovers by putting them in a pie and convincing your family that they are getting a whole new dinner. More in Planet Green
