From cooking vegan French toast surrounded by undead monsters, to fettuccine Alfredo in a vegan hide-out, the Vegan Zombie has already produced some awesome examples of animal-free extreme cookery. Now the show hits the road, as The Vegan Zombie hits New York in the midst of a zombie apocalypse.

I've said it before, I am no vegan—and have no plans to be. But I am trying to cut back on my meat and dairy. Yet one of the things that always holds me back is the lack of (appetizing) options when eating out. So exploring the world of vegan fine dining and even a shop serving 100% vegan desserts and ice creams is an eye opener for us doubters.
