Blend in extras, such as Kalamata olives, polenta, Californian walnuts, raisins, filtered water and sea salt and you do get an out-of-the-ordinary bread. Seemingly Kamut grain is high in "lipids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals, which produce more energy than carbohydrates".
