Les Petits Plaisirs d'Andrea

andreapix.jpgAndrea Jourdan lived in Europe for twenty years and spent much of it making olive oil. She returned to Montreal and opened a grocery store, but she says "you can't keep the girl out of the kitchen" and started cooking again, making wonderful jams, chocolate and sauces. She believes in local sourcing- "in Europe, people eat what they produce, they are so proud of their work. I buy local directly from the producers so that I know what I am getting."
