Whether you're experiencing sunny warm temps or the cold burst that's sweeping the nation, it's important to stay hydrated...especially in the wake of New Year's celebrations and revelations.

I try a LOT of products throughout the year; everything from natural skin care lines and organic foods, to coolers made from recycled materials and clothes made from eco fibers. And I do my best to bring you quick reviews of my favorites on my blog and through social sites like Twitter and Facebook. Hopefully you've discovered some products along the way that are worth trying.

So here are three more that I think are certainly worth the sip. The Three Best New Beverages of 2010
1. bot Water

Though I'm not a fan of bottled water, I do love bot's family friendly waters for hydration in a pinch (when you've forgotten your refillable Sigg). Each is all natural, sweetened with pure cane sugar, and has only 25 calories per serving. It also contains vitamins B3, B5, B6, B12, antioxidants, and electrolytes. bot contains no preservatives, no artificial flavors, no coloring, no sodium, and no high fructose corn syrup and it comes in four lightly flavored varieties: grape, berry, orange and lemon.

bot as a company, is committed to the well-being of the planet, our people, our animals and our environment and is a member of 1% For The Planet.

2. Guayaki Lemon Elation

If you know me, you know I'm a big fan of Guayakí's Yerba Mate. Guayakí (gwy-uh-kee) Yerba Mate (yer-bah mah-tay) is made from the leaves of the celebrated South American rainforest holly tree. For centuries, South America's Aché Guayakí tribe have sipped yerba mate daily. These rainforest people find tremendous invigoration, focus and nourishment in yerba mate and revere it as the "drink of the gods".

Just recently, Guayaki launched a new beverage in a can called Lemon Elation. It's a "flavorful tribute to the Aché Guayakí and their legendary beverage." It's also delicious, highly effective at waking you up, and at only 54 calories per serving, I'm calling it the best low-cal way to drink yourself to elation!

3. Honest Tea's Kombucha

Honest Tea has long been known for their simple, delicious bottled teas. Now they've launched a new line of ready-to-drink organic kombucha (kom-boo-cha) drinks with active probiotic cultures, called Honest Kombucha.

In case you're not familiar with the "mushroom" drink, kombucha is traditionally made by adding a living colony of bacteria and yeast (this colony tends to resemble a mushroom when its floating around in a bottle) to tea and allowing the mixture to ferment. Kombucha tea can help stimulate the immune system, prevent cancer and improve digestion and liver function.

Honest Kombucha comes in three flavors: Peach Mango, Lemon Ginger, and Berry Hibiscus.

Here's to 2010, let's drink to health and happiness.
