Bentley Prince Street Carpet Wins Calif. Eco-Award

bentely vignette.jpgBentley Prince Street, manufacturer of both residential and commercial carpets (cool ones, too), recently became the recipient of California’s 2004 Governor's Environmental and Economic Leadership Award (GEELA) for the State of California. (That means Ahnold gives them a big thumbs up, we guess. Well…pshaw, we still will too.) The award, the state's highest environmental honor, is given to companies that pioneer efforts to integrate sound environmental values into long-term management decisions and practices. The GEELA program recognizes individuals, organizations and businesses that have demonstrated exceptional leadership and made notable contributions in conserving California's natural resources, protecting and enhancing the environment and building public-private partnerships.
