Gabriella Sotelo is a journalist who covers the environment, climate change, and agriculture.
Highlights:
Gabriella loved writing when she was younger and she put those skills to work by addressing issues that matter to her. She interned at The YEARS Project where she wrote a series of posts regarding the sustainability of mainstream products. She worked as an environmental set manager for student films and is trained as an Eco Production Assistant. Sotelo currently does research for GROUNDED: The Roots of Revolution, a documentary on the agricultural industry. She has written previously for The YEARS Project, and New York University’s independent blog, NYU Local.
Sotelo will earn her Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Environmental Studies from New York University in May 2021.
