Faces of Our Front Line: Tina Williams

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Southern Company colleagues have been working safely and tirelessly to keep energy flowing to our customers and communities—no matter what.

Faces of Our Front Line is a new video series featuring employees from across the system. In each video, employees share first-hand stories of how they and their teams are staying resilient, innovative and committed through severe weather season, the COVID-19 pandemic and more.

Tina Williams is a customer service analyst at Georgia Power. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she transitioned 300 customer service representatives from working at the McDonough Customer Care Center to telecommuting from their homes. Her goal was to ensure a seamless transition for her employees by ensuring they had the proper equipment to assist customers with minimal interruptions. Tina’s resiliency and adaptability ensure that our customers continue to be our main priority during this pandemic.
