What's needed to get sustainable energy for all (World Bank infographic)

World Bank infographic on sustainable energy 4 all© World Bank

The infographic above is pretty self-explanatory. What's interesting about it is that it provides very high level perspective on what remains to be done (though the title is a bit misleads; what the World Bank means by "Sustainable Energy 4 All" is actually no the end goal of sustainable energy for all, but the Bank's 2030 goals, a waypoint in that direction).

It's cool to look closely at technical breakthroughs in the lab and ways to reduce our personal energy consumption, but we should never lose track of the bigger picture.

A high-resolution version of the infographic is available here.
