Kale chips are so, so easy. They are also so, so much healthier than any processed chip. If you buy local kale and carry it home in your re-usable shopping bag, they’re also way more eco-friendly.

1 bunch kale (washed and dried)
2 table spoons olive oil

Spice option 1:
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin

Spice option 2:
1 teaspoon salt
4 tea bags of Numi Organic Carrot Curry tea (Yup, you can rip open this tea bag and dump its savory contents onto your greens. Please compost the tea bags and recycle the box.)
