Dale Brauner has a passion for research and an eye for factual details.
Dale Brauner is an experienced researcher and fact-checker. As deputy research chief at ESPN The Magazine, she managed a large research department and fact-checked a multitude of cover stories, investigations, profiles and columns. During her time at ESPN The Magazine, the publication won two American Society of Magazine Editors awards for General Excellence and scores of other industry awards.
Dale has also fact-checked cover stories, investigations and features for Vanity Fair, Wired, GQ and National Geographic titles.
Dale received a Bachelor of Arts in French Horn Performance from Manhattan School of Music and a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University, Graduate School of Journalism.
