You may remember that during his stay in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Mr. Graham Hill (TreeHugger founder) started the local edition of GreenDrinks. As he usually is, Graham was probably ahead of his time, and the city's environmental-scene wasn't quite ready.
But the flame kept burning, and now a new edition of GreenDrinks Buenos Aires is happening next Tuesday, August 11.
All of you expats and tourists around for the date, read on for details! As mentioned, the first encounter of this second round of GreenDrinks Buenos Aires is happening next Tuesday, August 11, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm. It will take place at Cusic (El Salvador 6016, Palermo, Buenos Aires - Google map).
The plan is to keep the events coming every second Tuesday of every month.
Everyone interested in the environment is invited to join. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your presence, and if you want to receive frequent updates you can also join the event's group at Linkedin and become a fan on Facebook.
This round of GreenDrinks Buenos Aires is organized by consultants Ethel Bonnet-Laverge and Emilienne Brard, and TH Buenos Aires correspondent Paula Alvarado (me).
