Just got off the phone with a customer service rep, from our recycling program and have to say I'm almost ready to throw in the towel and throw everything in the trash. From cryptic and nonsensical "yellow tags" when they won't pick up, to website instructions/policies that are unrealistic. How many thousands of people are they pushing away from recycling with their ill conceived and even iller implemented program?
