TreeHuggerForever has heard a theory:

Ok, this sounds like b.s to me, but I've been reading a lot of online articles claiming that Iceland's volcanic eruption could cause global cooling...but in contrast, the sulphur dioxide released proves harmful to our ozone layer, so wouldn't that just counteract the cooling effects? Is this just science's desperate attempt to further deny global warming, or is our planet's problems so easily solved by one erupted volcano?
