gogreen is having trouble with vegetables:
Is it better to buy fresh broccoli from Califorina when I live in Michigan or frozen broccoli from Mexico? I heard that frozen is better because it is flash frozen for the nutrients, but if it is grown and shipped from mexico is it better? If the broccoli is coming from Califorina and how fresh is going to be and how much nutrients are left? Also what about the carbon footprint in all this?
