Today, on Planet 100, China proposes a ban on eating cats and dogs, Huffington post asks you to vote for sexy beekeepers, and Whole Foods gives a discount for weighing less.The tradition of eating cats and dogs in China may be coming to an end. A new proposal to ban the practice, part of a larger effort to curb and control animal cruelty, is expected this April.

Meanwhile, the Huffington Post is rounding up the cutest beekeepers and asking you to vote for your favorite.

Finally, news of a controversial new incentive program for Whole Foods employees was announced this week. In an effort to control health care costs, the company is offering a larger discount to those with lower BMI.
