Today on Planet 100: Global Sun Block (Video)
Geoengineering is a controversial topic—lauded by some as the answer to our climate troubles and derided as a bandaid at best, dangerous junk science at worst, by others. Today, Planet 100 dives into the debate. The debate was reignited in a recent opinion piece published in Nature. There, an international group of scientists argue that research into methods of using artificially-created clouds to cool the planet should initiated immediately.
