Interesting. I am a chocoholic, and Dagoba Eclipse 87% scratches the itch (would take it intravenously if there was a reason to). In November I bought a stockpile, and was eating about a bar per day around the time I took the toxic metals test in January. My high lead levels seem to have corresponded exactly with the time Dagoba has announced that some of its cacao (including that used in the Eclipse) was contaminated. Mystery solved? I may never know, but you can avoid those bars known to have been affected this Easter by checking out the Green Guide article. Dagoba is a company we truly appreciate, and it seems to be handling the situation responsibly. :: Green Guide via Nick Aster.
