LEGO dumps oil company partnership, makes things a bit more awesome

Last summer, Greenpeace ran a campaign to convince LEGO to drop its branding campaign with oil giant Shell. To get people's attention, they produced the video below, which quickly became the most virally popular video in Greenpeace's long history:

Over the past three months, over a million people from all around the globe have contacted LEGO to ask them to drop their oil partnership, and it worked! LEGO will no longer be associated with Shell, and the company can go back to it's primary mission, making toys for kids (and now apparently funny movies).

Thanks for listening to your fans, LEGO. It's never too late to do the right thing...
