Another pro-coal Bush environmental decision was reversed this week. Reuters reports that the Environmental Protection Agency withdrew the air permit, previously issued by the Bush Administration, for the proposed 1,500 megawatt Desert Rock power plant. The proposed 1,500 megawatt Desert Rock power plant would have powered cities in Arizona and Nevada.
